Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cable is a kind of constant wattage heating cable.

It is designed to provide pipe freeze protection and high-temperature maintenance for long lines applications.

It is generally used in pipes and tanks.

Also, it is extremely flexible, even on irregular shapes such as on pumps, valves, and flanges.

There are single-conductor, twin-conductor, and tri-conductor structure available.

Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cable has the continuous exposure (maintain) capability of up to 400°F (204°C).

It can be used for continuous circuit lengths of up to 12,000ft (3659m), powered from a single source. Maximum Voltage rating is 660 Vac.

Besides, 220Vac and 380Vac are available.

Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cable heats up through the internal conductor.

The conductor has a certain resistance.

When current passes through the conductor, the conductor heats up.

Since the resistance per unit length is the same, the heat generated per unit length when passing the current is also the same.

So it is ideal for long line heat tracing.

All Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cables have a 4-layer structure.

The inner bus wires are made of tinned copper.

At the same time, it is the conductor and heating element.

The conductor insulation is made of the fluoropolymer.

Twin-conductor and Tri-conductor structure may have a separate pairing jacket which is used to secure two bus wires together.

The tinned copper braid is over the inner insulation and is mainly used to absorb internal electromagnetic radiation.

The outer jacket is made of the fluoropolymer, which provides additional protection to cable and braid on exposure to chemicals or corrosives.

Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cables are generally compatible with many precise industrial thermostats.

The thermostats monitor and detect the temperature of the heated pipe surface. It needs at least 3 pieces of thermostats.

The first thermostat is installed at the pipe entrance, the second one is installed in the middle of the pipeline and the last one is installed at the exit of the pipe.

If the pipe is much longer, you may need additional thermostats.

It can be configured for use in both non-hazardous and hazardous (classified) locations.

The area classification is Zone 1, Zone 2 (Gas), Zone 21, Zone 22 (Dust) and ordinary location.

Jiahong Series Resistance Heating Cable is generally packed in wooden spools or plastic spools. Normally we deliver at 250ft, 500ft and 1000ft a spool.

Customers could cut the required length according to practical requests.
