Hainan Refining and Chemical’s million-ton ethylene project and refinery expansion project are located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, and they are key engineering projects of Hainan Province and Sinopec. The projects involve the construction of multiple sets of chemical and refining production units, as well as supporting docks including four berths, with a total investment of over 28 billion yuan.
