Kgzc-Jz-2023-019 Electrical Tracing System Procurement Project for 2 Million T/Y Asphalt Production Units and Supporting Public Works and Auxiliary Production Facilities Project of Jingbo (Hainan) New Material Co., Ltd.

Asphalt’s electric heat tracing maintenance is a worldwide challenge because it has high temperature, high solidification point, and is prone to coking. Therefore, there are significant application difficulties in choosing mineral insulation, high-temperature constant power, or skin effect electric heat tracing methods. This project is a benchmark project for domestic modified asphalt. The three asphalt pipelines from the tank area to the loading and unloading station require maintaining a temperature of up to 140°C. This project applies the technical innovation and pioneering work of Jiahong New Material in the field of skin effect electric heat tracing, filling the gap in domestic high-temperature maintenance cases of skin effect electric heat tracing and three skin effect applications, all of which are domestic firsts.
