It is widely used in carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, painted and unpainted metal pipes. The regular models in markets are 10w/m to 40w/m. You can also customize any wattage heating cable you want. Jiahong Parallel Circuit Heating Cable heats up through the heating wires in parallel. It is the parallel construction that allows it to be cut-to-length and terminated in the field. The maximum exposure temperature is 400℉(205℃) and the minimum installation temperature is -40℃. Jiahong Parallel Circuit Heating Cable has passed IECEX, ATEX, and CE for the European market, and EAC for the Russian market.

Jiahong Parallel Circuit Heating Cable heats up through the heating wires in parallel.
It is the parallel construction that allows it to be cut-to-length and terminated in the field.
The rated voltage of this cable is 230Vac for the Europe market, 240Vac for the America market.
The maximum exposure temperature is 400oF (205oC) and the minimum installation temperature is -40oC.

Jiahong Parallel Circuit Heating Cable has a 7-layer structure.
The inner layer is a twin 12 AWG tinned copper bus wires which provide reliable, consistent electrical current.
The conductor insulation is made of FEP.
The pairing jacket secures two bus wires together and provides a wrapping surface for nichrome wire. Heating wire is made of nickel chromium.
It wraps around the pairing jacket at every other specific distance, and two ends of the heating wire connect to the bus wires.

The distance between conductor contact points forms the heating zone length.
Outer FEP insulation is mainly used to provide protection against environmental application hazards.
The plated copper braid increases robust construction, provides the ground path and additional protection in any location.
The over jacket is made of Fluoropolymer.
It is over the braid to provide protection from most aqueous and chemically corrosive solutions.

It can be used in a hazardous area. The suitable area classification is Zone 1, Zone 2 (Gas), Zone 21, Zone 22 (Dust) and ordinary location.

The thermostats are used to monitor and detect the temperature of the heated pipe surface and then make the appropriate change.
It needs at least 3 pieces of thermostats.
The first thermostat is installed at the pipe entrance, the second one is installed in the middle of the pipeline and the last one is installed at the exit of the pipe.
If the pipe is much longer, some additional thermostats may be required.
All Jiahong Parallel Circuit Heating Cables are generally packed with wooden spools or plastic spools.
Normally we deliver 250m a spool. Customers can cut the required length according to practical requests.
