The circular self-regulating heating cable (CHC) series products are suitable for pipeline anti - freezing and process temperature maintenance. They work on the principle of heating through parallel high molecular positive temperature coefficient
(PTC) materials when energized. The PTC effect allows the material to change power output according to temperature, ensuring heating effects while achieving energy conservation and environmental protection.
The circular structure of the product provides a larger heating area. The products are available in two types: basic type (with an insulation layer only) and reinforced type (with braided and jacket layers). The jacket layer in the reinforced type can be selected based on the operating environment, using either corrosion - resistant flu oroplastic or polyolefin materials .
