Jiahong Warming Cable is a residential and commercial grade twin-conductor floor heating cable. It is designed to provide heat for thick concrete ground. It is widely used in new buildings and renovations as a floor heating cable. Jiahong Warming Cables are popular in both North America and Europe. Our Regular models are 6w/ft. (20w/m) and 9w/ft. (30w/m).
Jiahong Warming Cable heats up through the inner heating conductor and it cannot be cut at any circumstance. The twin conductor structure allows the heating cable a single power connection. The cable can work under the rated voltages of 120Vac, 240Vac, and 230Vac. The maximum ambient temperature is 85°F (30oC) and the minimum installation temperature is 40°F (5oC). Jiahong warming cables are generally shipped in the form of a heating mat, which is quite convenient during installation. It requires an extra thermostat as well. The thermostat could detect and monitor the temperature changes and adjust heat output.
Jiahong warming cables can be used for over 30 years and there is almost no need to provide additional maintenance. Jiahong Warming Cables are approved by CE, ATEX, IECEX, and EAC in Europe, and they are CSA certified for outdoor use in Canadian and U.S. markets. Jiahong Warming Cable is a residential and commercial grade twin conductor constant wattage heating cable.
It is designed to provide heat for thick concrete ground.
It is widely used in new buildings and renovations as a floor heating cable.
Jiahong Warming Cables are popular in both North America and Europe.

Jiahong warming cable often has 6 layers.
They are the inner conductor, conductor insulation, combination layer, ground protection layer, shield, and outer jacket.
The inner conductor is made of metal alloy.
Under certain voltage conditions, the shape and material of the conductor can uniquely determine the heating power.
Therefore, for different applications, choose compatible heating cable.
The conductor insulation is made of XLPE, or Fluoropolymer, which is resistant to high temperature and high pressure.
The combination layer can fix the two conductors, and it is the benefit for braiding.
The shield has two different plans: Tinned Copper braid or Aluminum foil.
All of them can absorb 100% of internal electromagnetic radiation.
The braid can be connected to the ground wire.
However, for aluminum foil shield, we need to add an extra ground wire between the shield and combination layer.
The outer jacket is generally made of affordable 100% waterproof PVC.
Some customers call warming cables the storage heating because it is an ideal way to take advantage of local on-peak and off-peak electricity pricing.
When electricity rate is low at an off-peak period, the heating cable is powered on so that thermal energy is accumulated and stored in the thick concrete slab.
When electricity rate is high at the on-peak period, heating cable is powered off, then the thermal energy accumulated and stored in the thick concrete slab will be released gently and distributed to the floor surface.
The stored thermal energy would keep the floor warm for hours when heating cable is powered off at the on-peak time.
This way, Jiahong warming cable provides a comfortable, efficient and reliable heating source in a clean and quiet manner.
Jiahong warming cables are generally shipped in the form of a heating mat and this is a key benefit during installation.
It requires an extra thermostat as well.
