Jiahong Radiant Heat Mat, also known as under tile Heating Mat, is designed to provide heat for any kind of the floor in the cold weather. It is widely used on ceramic or porcelain tile, stone or brick floors, engineered wood floor, laminate floor, solid floor and so on. This heating mat is very popular in Europe markets, especially in the UK.

Jiahong Radiant Heat Mat is available in two popular types in Europe: 100W/m² and 150W/m².  The voltage ratings are 230 Vac. The cable is suitable for use on supply voltages of 208-277 Vac. The maximum ambient temperature is 85°F(30^oC), and the minimum installation temperature is 40°F(5^oC).

Europe customers often adapt standard size fiberglass mash, and regular width is 48cm or 50cm. All Jiahong Radiant Heat Mat consists of three different components: fiberglass or nylon mash, heating element, and 2.5-meter standard cold lead.

It is only 3.6mm thick, and the back of the mash has a double-sided tape which makes it easy to install.

The heating element is a kind of constant wattage heating cable with a twin conductor.

The twin conductor structure supports a single-point connection.   This heating element is also called a floor heating cable.

The inner conductor is made of tinned copper. The insulation is made of Fluoropolymer which is characterized by high temperature and high-pressure resistance.

The external braid layer is made of tinned copper as well. It can be used for grounding protection.

Finally, the cable is covered with a 100% waterproof PVC. It is a reasonable structure that allows it to be used for more than 30 years.
