Jiahong is a heating cable factory in China and all production processes are completed in our plants. Our Smart Manufacturing Center will start production by 2020. R&D team, formed when our company was established, brings unique core materials for production technologies. Meanwhile, our independent testing lab provides data support for heating cables improvement.
17 Years Heating Cable Factory
Jiahong heating cable factory was founded in 2002. Currently, it has a total of 300 experienced staff (including management). Additionally, 10 of the staff are experts in this field in China. What’s more, our factory has a large manufacturing capacity for heating cables. Our complete production lines include 3 sets of wire-grouping machines, 15 sets of high temperature and low temperature extruding machines, and 21 sets of braiding machines. With all these machines and equipment, we can produce 40,000 meters of heating cable per day.
60,000 Square Meter Smart Factory
We laid a foundation for Jiahong new smart factory in 2017. It will triple our current production capacity, and most productions will be fully automated. This will greatly reduce production costs and bring more benefits to customers. The New Smart Manufacturing Center will also expand the production of supporting accessories such as connection junction, thermostats, and others.
